[ Challenge ] 
As the Official Market & Consumer Research Supplier for The FIFA World Cup 2026, Nielsen needed a high-impact, client-facing event to formally announce this major partnership. The event needed to go beyond a simple viewing, serving as a premium networking opportunity and a platform to reinforce Nielsen's authority in sports measurement and insights to key advertisers and media partners.

[ Objective ] 

Host an exclusive, content-rich experiential watch party for top clients and media partners at the Nielsen NYC office. The goal was to generate buzz, position the partnership as a value-driver for clients, and use the excitement of the Draw as a natural backdrop to promote and distribute the yearly Tops of Sports report, linking 2025 trends to 2026 strategies.

Transformed the NYC office into an immersive, stadium-like environment while strategically integrating premium content to maximize client value:

 

  • VIP Discussion & Q&A: Featured Carlos Bocanegra (Two-time MLS Defender of the Year) for a moderated discussion and Q&A, offering clients unparalleled insider access and drawing connections between on-field strategy and data-driven success.

  • Experiential design: Designed and executed highly energetic screen motion graphics, themed signage, soccer-themed props... to reinforce the high-profile partnership and ensure a premium, memorable atmosphere for key clients.

  • Report promotion: Utilized the event as the official launch/promotion platform for the Tops of Sports report, positioning Nielsen's data as the essential guide for clients planning 2026 sports campaigns.
